Steampunk totally counts! Though Chain Reaction is set during WWII, we have some of that steampunk action going on with all our cool gadgets.

I actually do not know if I have a favorite alternate history of paranormal romance. There are many that I enjoy, but most do not have romance as the main thrust of the storyline and a lot of the romances segments that I love have ended in tragedy so the story can continue. Perhaps not a laughing matter, but I am stopping to giggle right now - what a revelation for me and not something I really thought about before. I am looking forward to reading Chain Reaction

I have two favorite paranormal romance's. First is The Midnight Breed Series By Lara Adrian and second is The Black Dagger Brotherhood Series By J.R. Ward. They are both unique and oh so awesome in different ways.

don't really have a favorite alternate history. but i do tend to lean towards stories with highlanders, and as far as paranormals, i am fairly obsessed with shifters stories,lol. but i am not picky, a great story is a great story.

I love a great paranormal book. I can't really say which one is my favorite. As long as I get into the book and the way that the plot is. I enjoy myself while I'm reading and it leaves a lasting impression that's when I say it's my favorite.
